Second time he’s messed me about. This time on a different specie. 

In January he done the same thing the night before I was dropping them off he just turned his phone off

this time I used high flyers, he was supposed to pay them for delivery when they arrived and was supposed to send me the money for the birds before they left. 
He agreed he was going to send the money for the birds but I didn’t receive it. Kept asking and he kept delaying it. 

I then told him high flyers are at my house can you send the money so I can let the birds go. He then blocked my number. 

don’t waste your time with him if you see his name pop up! 
high flyers have also said he will be black listed as this isn’t the first time!
